Breadstix (Sam)

I smiled. "I wonder if Puck has asked Becca yet. Me and Becca were going to go dress shopping in a few weeks" I said, smiling.

[You are going with Puck, right?:] ]

"Puckerman and Becca?" Sam raised his eyebrows. He hadn't noticed that had happened yet. But, then again, he was kinda unobservant.


[Yupp ]

"You didn't know they hooked up?" I asked raising one eye brow. I thought everyone knew about it now, obviously not.

[hahaaaa]

"Nope. Surprisingly, he didn't mention it." Sam added.

"Oh... that's weird" I said shrugging. I squeezed his hand again and then pulled my hand back. I knotted them under the table again.

"Hey, y'know, maybe he really likes her." Sam smiled.

"Yeah, I think so too" I answered and shifted my hair all onto one shoulder. "I really need to get my hair cut, It's too long" I mumbled.

"I think you're beautiful." Sam disagreed, his smile faltering a little.

I dropped my head, smiled and went a bit red. "Thank you" I said.

"Now who's embarrassed?" Sam joked. "You're welcome--It's the truth."

"Sure it is and me" I said, lifting my head and smiling.

Sam laughed softly and leaned back in his seat as their food was served. Chicken salad and rice and chicken.

"Well, with the look of the amount of food, I don't think I will be able to get to the top of that pyramid tomorrow" I joked, taking a sip of water.

Sam laughed quietly but rolled his eyes. He took a sip of his water before taking his knife and fork. He ate a little of his food.

*AFTER DINNER*

"Thank you for that" I said standing up and picking uo my purse from the floor before sorting out my dress.

Sam shurgged and smiled. "You're welcome. Thank you for agreeing to come to prom with me." He said again.

"You seriously thought I wasn't going to go with you? Who do you think would ask me other than you? Well apart from Jew-fro but he asks everyone. Uh, I'm rambling" I said, looking at the floor.

"The entire male student body?" Sam challenged with a smile.

"Some. But they already knew I would say no" I said winking. Most of the boys at school had asked me to prom but I just smirked, said something and walked away.

Sam half-smirked as he held his hand out to the blonde girl in front of him. "Care to dance?" He grinned like a dork as the music was turned up.

"Cheer dance or slow dance?" I joked grinning and taking his hand as the music changed.

Sam laughed softly and listened to the beat of the slow music coming from the speakers.


{Okay, I fail at dancing but I thought this date needed a dance and OMG IDEA... will tell you msn So, could we skip the dancing ? hehe unless you wanna godmode it? }

"Well not in this outfit could I do a scorpion" I said and went along with the beat. I could probably do a back handspring or back tuck but I could flash and I did not want to risk that.

Sam laughed again, slightly louder this time. "Uh-What's a scorpian, again?" He asked, his knowledge of cheerleading limited to pyramids and high kicks.

I laughed, "Where you lift your leg behind you and then pull it so it's above your head" I said between laughs.
