In the morning...

Sam got up quickly and just nodded at me. He didn't say anything. I could tell that both of them were cut up about the breakup so why had it happened? But, I heard my cell ringing in the next room. "Rachel's calling." I said, as if it couldn't be anybody else. "Get dressed, Sam. You look like crap." I said blatantly, turned and walked out of the room. When I realised what I'd said, I walked back to the door. "Uh, sorry. What I meant was, you're still in yesterday's clothes." I amended before walking back into our room.

I didn't say anything, just picked up my phone, shot Sam a meanigful glance and then called to Becca, "Where ever she has planned I'm not going!" As I followed her out of Sam and Finn's room.

"Quinn, you're gonna make me deal with Rachel Berry--with a hangover-- on my own?" I wasn't surprised she wasn't picking up on the fact I wasn't mentioning Noah in my complaints, I mean, she had loved Sam and I was pretty sure she still did. No, actually, screw that. I was completely sure she still did.

"Yes, I'm going to pass out on my bed again" I answered, closing the door behind me and going into ours.

"No you're not." I said. "You don't have a choice, Quinn. You're coming because I can't deal on my own. You can't stay in here all day, wallowing." I started sounding like a mother so I shut up and went to grab a shower.

"I don't care. My life sucks right now" I said running straight for my bed and face planting the pillows.

I quickly dried off and got dressed after my shower and walked back into the bigger room with wet hair. "Quinn Fabray!" I called, standing with my hands on my hips, watching her face-down form. "Look," I softened my voice and perched on the edge of her bed. "I know what you're feeling. Trust me. Remember yesterday? But staying here for the rest of your life won't help. Look, I don't know exactly what went down yesterday but you'll figure it out."

"Sure I will" I mumbled against the sheets. I sat up and took a deep breath. "He thinks I still like Finn. I don't. I love Sam Evans, the dork who speaks na'vi" I said.

I saw Quinn and Becca talking and so I went to up them. I didn't really know them because I was new to Glee club but I went up to them anyway. "hi guys" I said.
