| I walked into the big gymnasium I spend a lot of time in everyday. I looked around to make sure no one was in there but it seemed quiet. I dropped the music player I had slung over my shoulder and pressed play. It started playing untouched by The veronicas and so a walked over to a corner of the floor and began running. I ran a little and then did a roundoff into a back handspring into a front and then back again and then did a double twist step layout. That is the first time I ever landed that. I smiled. | |

| I looked up from my spot in the dark corner of the bleachers. I was drawing my sister. And, in a way, myself. This time, I wasn't working with a moving target this time, just drawing from memory. When I heard the door open, then close, I paid attention. I saw Quinn and was about to call her until she dropped the stereo to the ground and started moving--pretty fast. {Drawing;D Because why not?} | |

| I said, "Yes!" And prepared myself for another go at it. I set off and ran. I did the handsprings and added a back tuck in there before I went into my double twist step layout. I landed it but stepped one foot out but brought it back in and stood tall. | |

| When Quinn was--what I guess was--finished, I slid my drawing things off my lap and onto the bleachers next to me. I stood up and started clapping and cheering, grinning like a cheshire cat. | |

| I jumped when someone started clapping. I spun and faced them and glared. My face smoothened out when i realized it was Becca. "What are you doing here?" I said. | |

| "Oh, just... listening to my iPod." I smiled, taking a step to the side--not so subtly--to hide the drawing supplies. Nobody at school knew I drew. I don't even think Jade knew. | |

| "Oh.. cool" I said heading over to her because she was obviously hiding something. I smiled, "Wanna go grab lunch after I finish up in here?" I asked. | |

| I smiled and walked a little way to meet her on the bleachers when she started walking to me. "Yeah, sure. That sounds good." I replied. | |

| "Well come on then, I'll show you how to do a backhand spring" I said grabbing her hand and pulling her out of the bleachers. | |

| "Nu-uh, Q. I'm totally crapish at sport. Of any kind." I replied as I was dragged down the bleachers. | |

| "Well, I am going to make you un-crappish. Can you do the splits?" I said, letting go and stopping. | |

| "Uh..." I half-replied. I wasn't sure. I dodged sport as much as physically possible. I could do the splits when I was like seven? | |

| I laughed, "Well, can you go down into a crab like this?" I demonstrated going into a crab from standing. I stayed like that. | |

| I watched Quinn, tilting my head to the side briefly. My first attempt was a fail. But I got back to my feet and copied Quinn. I managed it... I think. | |

| "Thats it! Now... Kick... back and you should flip over" I said, pushing up with my legs so they left the ground and then I pulled them over. I flipped over and landed on my feet. | |

| Now I thought about it, Jade had shown me some of these moves before. I started before she finished her sentence. | |

| "Good. Now do it faster and do this" I said and actually did a back handspring. I remember the first time I did a back handspring. My sister, frannie helped me the first time I did it and then I just got better after that. | |

| I watched as Quinn demonstrated and did as she asked. I laughed excitedly when I landed. | |

| "Whoo!" I said and did the cheerleading clap thing and a high kick to celebrate. "Why didn't you tryout when your sister did? Your a natural" I said. | |

| "Because, that, I can do but everything else? It's an accident waiting to happen." I explained, glancing back to the bleachers, as if I was expecting somebody to be there, looking at all my drawings. | |

| I laughed an caught her eye looking at the bleachers. "Got something you want to share?" I asked raising one eyebrow. | |

| "No-no," I replied. "Just waiting for a call from my dad..." I lied, figuring out what I was gonna say as I said it. | |

| "Oh, okay... I gotta practice some more. Your welcome to join in" I said grinning and going back to the music player. | |

| "I think it's safer if I stay on the bleachers." I laughed quietly. | |

| "Suit yourself" I said and smiled. I pressed play and went into the center of the floor and began doing the dance part of the routine. After I ran and picked up some pompoms and did the next section.
