Sam took Quinn's hand again. He smiled softly, seeing what she was staring at.

I looked up and stared into Sam's eyes. "I..I think I love you" I said. I well and truly loved Sam. More than anything.

Sam was shocked into silence at what Quinn said. Eventually, his face stretched into a huge smile. "I love you too, Quinn."

Sam couldn't stop smiling. He hugged Quinn closer to him and planted a kiss on her head.

When he kissed my head I lifted my head so he kissed me on the lips. I pulled away and smiled at him before putting my head on the hollow of his neck line.

My phone started playing 'Love story' By Taylor Swift, signalling I had a new message. I smiled at Sam and lent away towards my bag. I got my phone and went back to resting my head on his shoulder. I unlocked it and went through all my notifications.

Sam smiled at Quinn as she leaned away. He quickly went back to wrapping his arm around his girlfriend.

I shook my head and went onto the home page. I scrolled through, Brittany was lost in the mall somewhere... Santana was flirting... I went to the top of the page. I clicked onto the status box and typed, 'The beach + Sun + Sam = paradise.'

Sam's phone chimed again and he picked it up hesitantly. It was just facebook, telling him that Quinn had posted a status. He liked the status.

I smiled when my phone started playing love story again. I saw Sam liked the status. I tossed my phone back in my bag and closed my eyes, trying to make my skin embrace the heat faster.

Sam smiled as Quinn closed her eyes. He didn't hear their approach because the sand was silent. He only heard them when one of them cleared their throat.

My eyes fluttered open when the heat stopped and someone cleared their throat. Some weird dudes were stood over us. I held my hand up over my eyes so I wasn't blinded by the sun.

Sam looked up to the bunch of guys, unsure of the looks on their faces. He wondered what they wanted and why they looked so annoyed. What had Sam and Quinn done?

Most of the guys were watching Quinn with expressions that made Sam feel overly jealous and angry. But the rest of the guys were watching Sam and he felt uncomfortable. They were looking with the same look that Kurt had looked at Sam on his first day in glee club.

I felt uncomfortable with the way they were looking at us. "Want to come for a swim?" One of them asked wiggling thereye brows.

Sam looked -with raised eyebrows- at Quinn as if to say 'should we?'. But Sam was also confused. Who walked up to people on beaches and asked if they wanted to swim?

My eyes raked over them, taking in the hobo-ish look they were portraying. I lent closer to Sam and whispered into his ear, "They look like hobos" Before straightening my shoulders and saying louder, "No. Go away"

Sam let out a laugh at Quinn's observation but bit his lip to stop it as soon as it was out. He watched the guys again, only watching the ones who were looking at Quinn. The others looked like they were about to jump him and that made him uncomfortable.

"Guys, she said she didn't want to swim. Get. Lost." Sam said to the guys who made no effort to move, other than one, who sat next to Quinn.

They didn't move but the others just came and joined him. I gripped Sam's hand tighter. "Go. Away. You. Losers" I said, making every word clear.

The attention to his girlfriend distracted Sam from the eyes on him. "Hey, douchebag, she said go away."
